Just before having his tea every day, the monster goes out to the weather station in London to check the day’s temperature. The colder it is, the more snow you’re likely to have. The more snow you have, the more you’re going to need this guide, so the monster is going to make it cheaper. He wants the world to be filled with lots of lovely snowmen!
